Affiliate Program Terms

Each approved affiliate receives a unique coupon code. Buyers paste the code at checkout and receive a discount; the affiliate earns commission on the resulting purchase. Attribution can also happen via the share link, which sets a 30-day cookie. There is no other tracking pixel or third-party script.

• Commission percentage and buyer discount are set at approval time and visible in your dashboard.
• Sales become eligible for payout 30 days after the purchase date, to absorb refunds and chargebacks.
• Refunded or chargeback purchases are voided automatically and do not pay commission.
• Payouts are processed manually on a periodic basis once your eligible balance is meaningful.
• Currency conversion and transfer fees are deducted from the gross commission.

• No spam. Unsolicited mass messages on email, WhatsApp, Telegram, X/Twitter, Reddit, LinkedIn, or any other channel will result in an immediate ban.
• No paid ads on brand keywords. Bidding on "ThreadRecap", misspellings, or related trademarks in Google, Bing, Meta, or similar platforms is prohibited.
• No cashback or kickbacks to buyers. Sharing part of your commission with the buyer (cashback, rebate, gift) is not allowed.
• No self-referrals. You may not use your own coupon to purchase credits, including via alt accounts. The system blocks self-referrals automatically; attempts will void commission and trigger a ban.
• No misleading claims. Do not promise features ThreadRecap does not have or imply official endorsement beyond what is true.
• No malware, fake coupons, or coupon-stuffing. Browser extensions or sites that inject affiliate codes without user intent are forbidden.

We may pause, reject, or ban any application or account at any time and without notice when we suspect fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms. On termination, any unpaid commission from sales that violated the terms is forfeited.

We may update these terms when we change commission rates, payout cadence, or program rules. Material changes will be communicated by email to active affiliates.
