What you get
A reading of the file that was uploaded, and a plain statement of what that reading is not.
What the transcript holds
The conversation in order, speech and text together, so nobody has to move between a recording and a page.
- Every recording in the export written out, with no selection to make and nothing to mark first.
- The sequence the conversation happened in, each line carrying the date and time the export gives it.
- The name the export records for whoever sent each message, kept beside what was said.
- Any stretch that could not be read is named in the place it was, so a gap is visible instead of quietly dropped.
What is not claimed
This is a reading of a file. The notary is the one who certifies what they saw; this software certifies nothing, authenticates nothing, and is not a legal record.
It does not show where the export came from. No tool can: an export reproduces altered data as faithfully as intact data, so keep the original .zip.
It says nothing about what any court, authority or registry will accept. That depends on where you are, and it is a question for a lawyer.
The document belongs to whoever asked for it. The software wrote the words down; what they mean is not its to decide.
A machine produced the transcription, and machines mishear. The audio is kept beside the reading, so a line in doubt can be checked against the recording it came from.
